Do you need a Commercial Driver's License Physical Examination? We would love to help! The complete physical, including the urine test, is $40- out the door! We will also check your vision and blood pressure. No hidden fees- ever.

School Physicals:

Do you need a complete physical for school entry or sports participation? We would love to help! A complete sports physical examination is only $40! This includes a vision test and blood pressure check. It also includes a urine test, if required by your school.

Routine Physicals, Annual Physicals, Annual Check-ups, Yearly Wellness Check:

Was your last physical exam over one year ago? If so, you need a physical! We accept many insurances, including HMO, PPO, and Medicare. If you do not have health insurance, your complete physical exam with Dr. Moses Nasser is only $40. Please be aware that blood testing and vaccinations are not included.

$40 Physical Examination may include:

• Vision check
• Blood Pressure check
• Vital Signs
• Complete Physical Examination
• Basic Urine Test

$40 Physical Examination does NOT include:

• TB Skin Test
• Blood Testing
• Gynecological Exam (PAP test) (We do not offer PAP testing in our office.)
• TDaP Vaccine
• *For childhood vaccinations normally given from birth to 6 years old, please consult a pediatrician; we do NOT stock those vaccines in our office.*
  

For a cash fee, or covered by your insurance, we do offer:

• Laboratory / Blood Testing 
• TB skin tests (Tuberculin skin testing)
• Flu shots (Influenza vaccinations)
• TDaP Vaccination For Students (new California requirement for 7th - 12th grade)
  
• Tetanus Shot
• Whooping Cough Vaccine
• *For childhood vaccinations normally given from birth to 6 years old, please consult a pediatrician; we do NOT stock those vaccines in our office.*
